Liquid Culture Recipe

5g Light malt extract	0.5g Gypsum
5g Dextrose	1000ml Water

Nutrient Broth

10g Dextrose	2g Spirulina powder
10g Light Malt Extract	2g Kelp powder
5g Nutritional yeast flakes	1g Gypsum
4g Soy protein isolate powder	1000ml Water

Ratios

1.5:1

50ml broth: 35g Rice Per 24oz Deli Pot

Preparation, incubation and fruiting

Sterilise for 30 minutes at 121c

Each 24oz deli pot was inoculated with 10ml liquid culture

Incubation Range – 20c to 22c 

Fruiting Range – 16c to 20c 

Harvest – 50 to 70 days from inoculation date
