Weldless Triclamp Bulkhead 2″

Weldless bulkheads allow you to attach any 2” Triclamp ferrules heating element to a barrel, box, or any vessel without the need to solder or weld.  

These are manufacturer from 304 Stainless Steel and will not rust. The weldless bulkhead includes;

• 1 x Threaded Body
• 1 x Nut
• 1 x O-ring gasket

For the 2” bulkhead a 48mm hole is required and has a 62mm nut

Nuts don’t require a socket to tighten them down, Stilsons, Knipex or wide jaw pliers are suitable. The nut doesn’t need to be overly tight, hand tight and 1/8 to 1/4 turn will ensure it is water-tight.
